TRKBRD at IxDA ’10 Conference

On February 7th, 2010, I presented at the Interaction Designer’s Association’s (IxDA.org) 2010 “Interaction” conference. In my session, titled “TRKBRD: From Idea to Conception with Physical Prototyping”, I told the story of my project from start to finish and then demonstrated my TRKBRD physical prototype.

Even though I was quite nervous to be presenting to my peers, I felt the presentation went quite well! I spoke to a packed room, had really good questions asked, and saw a lot of people trying it out for themselves after the session. I tried to accurately tell the story of my trials, challenges, and celebrations during the 4-month project. I hope it inspires more people to physically prototype their ideas and use the Arduino electronics platform.
